Pre-sale inspections prior to placing your home on the market will give you a better understanding of conditions which may be discovered by the buyer's inspector. This will avoid any last minute show stoppers. You can make repairs that will situate your house in better selling condition. It is a good idea to get the roof and home inspections and also get the pest report. You should also think about various Seller Disclosures such as:

  • State Fire Responsibility Areas
  • National Flood Insurance Program Areas
